1. Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any provisions relating to conflict of laws that would require the laws of another jurisdiction to apply. If a dispute arises from or relates to the Services or the alleged breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiations within 30 days, the parties agree to endeavor first to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Mediation Rules before resorting to arbitration. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or alleged breach thereof shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the AAA in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If all parties to the dispute agree, a mediator involved in the parties’ mediation may be asked to serve as the arbitrator.

2. Liability
The liability relating to the performance of the Services is limited solely to direct damage sustained by you. In no event shall MediaHouse LLC or its members be liable for the consequential, special, incidental or punitive loss, damage, or expense caused to you or to any third party (including without limitation, lost profits, opportunity costs, etc.). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the maximum liabiity relating to the Services (regardless of form of action, whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise) shall be limited to the fees received by MediaHouse LLC for the Services. The provisions set forth in this paragraph shall survive the completion of the Services.

3. Refunds
Purchases are non-refundable. Makeup classes will be accomodated when possible on case-by-case basis.

4. Links to Other Websites
MediaHouse LLC is not responsible for any third-party websites that I link to. All users are responsible for reading and agreeing or disagreeing with the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policies of third parties.

5. Results are Not Guaranteed
Signing up for MediaHouse LLC courses does not guarantee any result in your business. The course is for informational purposes.
